\b How to use it

Let's say you wish to find what is the value of 5000 Mexican Pesos. Well, what you do first is input "5000" in the "You have:" form. Then you input today's exchange rate for Pesos "0.0004" in "The rate is:" form. Now Press the "Find Value" button and the value of 5000 Peso is $2.00.\
It is easy. In the input section enter the amount of money you gave in a specific currency and also input the amount you received in another currency. Then press the "Find Rate" button to calculate the actual exchange rate for your transaction.\

"You gave" $10 .00 U.S. dollars and "You received" $11.96 Canadian dollars. So this means the exchange rate is 0.8361 in U.S. currency.\
For this example first currency is U.S. dollars and another currency is Canadian dollars.\
The operation is first / another = the rate in first currency.\
The Currency is a valuble tool to the people who travel or are going to travel. It permits the user to convert his dollars into any foreign currency.\

Well you can first start out with your local newspaper. You can also access this information on the

It is easy. Get a newspaper with today's current foreign exchange rate. Enter the proper value in the form. The names of the currencies are only labels. If you wish to use a currency that is not listed you can use any one of the currencies, but I have included a special label called Other Currency for this perpose.\
\b What exchange rate should I use:

The exchange rate you should use is "foreign currency in U.S. dollars" or sometimes it is said as "U.S.$ equivalent". All this really means is, what the foreign currency is worth in U.S. dollars. If you have selected Canada in the preferance panel then just input the exchange rate as you see it in the newspaper.\
\b Get Defaults

The Get Defaults button will assign the currencies a default exchange rate. These rates are not current, they were inserted there when this program was compiled. If you wish to know the date of these rates look at the date in the Info panel.\
